I think some people are missing the fact that this thread is oppinionated. Stop saying that Gears/Resistance is Obviousley better than the other - that's subjective.

Not every console can play new games,Console gamers have a tendency to believe that console is superior,when 90% of consoles cant even play a PS3 game.

When you cant play a new game on your PC its time to upgrade,even a 150$ GPU card can last for 4-10 years not with the best graphics but you can still play games.

 

and for my imput,Keyboard + Mouse = best for realistic FPS games like ArmA or Battlefield 2:Project Reality

but Controler is best for fast action games.

LOL from which alternate universe do you hail from ? cause it's certainly not the same as me. Here a graphics card will last you two years tops, then new games come which needs certain shaders or other things that aren't supported by the current ones.

Btw R2 ftw XD can't wait to actually get it.

sure, i have a 8600 too and it's fine. But how old is the 8600 series. It's from 2007. Both the 9800 and the gtx series came out this year.

Indeed,but the 8600 series is older and cheaper now,and there still usefull for cheap PC gaming,how ever you wont get the best graphics,like the consoles,infact the 8600 gts is somewhat as strong as the console (HD)GPU cards,a little weaker tho.

"4 player horde mode is pretty good" haha can we discredit this jerk and his entire shitty site... IGN has been the pit of crap since 02 when they were bought... not to mention their merger with AdSpy... I mean Gamespy... the only gaming site on the internet where you get some gaming news with your ads... :p it's not so bad anymore, but I still like the joke.
