I think a job listing for LBP PSP, an insider talking about it, and Sony themselves mentioning it offhand kinda means it's out there, and to say it wouldn't be an 2009 release would be crazy, it'll probably be announced at E3 or some big event, really we know it's there we just don't have an official date =)

Well I'm also writing up an article on upcoming PSP titles so this is great, I really would have left out a couple of great ones that are in my top 5 no doubt.  (damn consoles and taking my attention away from my handhelds >_<)

Gotta love handhelds, can't wait for more game announcements for both DS and PSP. I don't think we'll see their successors anytime soon.

PSP doing 40 million when so many people were procaming its death... But most important than that, is the awesome library that it has, and more titles coming... Especially from J-companies... Full support to them, they're amazing...

Going back to the sales discussion... the 1st serious handheld by Sony has gotten some amazing sales, especially when its direct competition is the king of handhelds Ninty (even when Nintendo was declining in console sales, the handhelds were up, and every company that entered the handheld competition did terribly, only Sega with the Game Gear made it to the 11M mark)...

So don't get wrong that PSP is not in PS1 or PS2 levels, the fact that they broke the Murphy handhelds law ("If a handheld is not made by Nintendo, it will go wrong") is really much, and it's not the end of the cycle yet, so here's to more really great games (especially from Japan) and to bother so many people that are still waiting its demise, i say to them: Keep waiting and get a chair...

I have a ridiculous number of PSP games now. I am desperately hoping the PSP2 (you know there will eventually be one) will be BC.

Yeah 08 seemed to be the year of the PS360, next year seems like things will go back to the handhelds and Wii, great upcoming titles all around for those systems.

What I really hope for is LBP PSP to LBP PS3 functionality and the ability to make your own levels on PSP and share them online much like PS3 that would be an epic win for PSP in 2009.
