Yeah, that must be why no one in the world hooks up a VCR, DVR, videogame system, or anything else to a TV...

All it takes is 1 VGA cord sticking out the back of the TV so you can move your laptop or have a backup PC hooked up to it. I don't believe I said anything about having wires thrown about the entire living room to hook up 1 object.

Yeah, but what if you want to use the computer or laptop later? You have to unhook and move it. It's a hassle if you're lucky enough to have a laptop, it's a chore if you only have a PC.

Most people really don't want to leave their Pc or laptop hooked up to their TV because most people don't use their PC/laptops exclusively for gaming or watching Netflix.
