I was excited about this game until I saw a video and realized that although the sprites are re-drawn, all of the animation frames are the same. Then I was disappointed; why not take it a step further? After games like SFIII or Guilty Gear, I don't know if I'd be willing to pay for this yet again. Maybe a demo will convince me...

Great thread, this is a good way to see how many ppl are going to buy this game. I say this because me and Disolitude are planning on creating a Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix VGChartz Tournament (WOW thats a long title) and I really want a good turn out of players. We'll see who is the best World Warrior.

On Topic: I'm VERY excited, I just wish that the official Mad Catz (yes...I said Mad Catz) SF IV arcade sticks were out now but I gotta wait till February GRR.

But you can always just hook up controllers to the computer.

I mean i know you can with PS3 controllers, surely the 360 controller could as well.

Or an arcade stick for that matter.

Also, no. I've got.... well Streetfighter. The addition of pretty colors doesn't add anything for me...

and as for online play. I like to see the expression in someones face while i kick their ass.

That's the point though. You can hook up PS3 controllers or 360 controllers to the PC for this game, but why buy this version(which doesn't exist anyways) just for that? If that's the case then you might as well spring for the console versions, because at least they'll have achievements/trophies. At worst, there may be lag by hooking up 360 and PS3 controllers to the PC, and arcade sticks may not work on the PC at all if you go that route.

I'm excited ... it's finally up on Asian PS Store ... Yay! Downloading now.
