50/50 chance, since sony might give ps3 free with hdtv's and consider that sales, along with other offers, liek they did last year. The pressing problem for sony is the widening gap of ps3 to the other consoles, and the lowest attach rate for software. Developers can put 2-and-2 together, and looks at the vaunted 360 exclusives like LBP and R2 mediorce sales, and it impact what 3rd parties will want to do in the way of exclusives. 2Kgames is probably smarting pretty badly from the weak sales of bioshock, after all the effort they put into the port.
