Miis would suffice. You could "custimize" it by having your Mii in there fighting, but with generic moves like any other fighter.

This is like the one fighter i wouldn't really care for that feature in.

Actually i take that back. The only fighters i'd like to see Create a Character in are games like DBZ, Naruto and games that focus on a create your own character aspect.

Everything else would be too cheap and no fun... or lame.  Like most create a character modes where your option is "Design a guy... then give him one of the 10 lame movesets already in the game."



Meh. That would just make a huge mess of the characters. There would be way too many characters people are using. You could say I kinda agree with CAL4M1TY.

As for changing the formula, that may just be a little risky, imo. Changing the fomula worked for some games, but just looked what happened to Starfox.

I just wish for the next smash to be brought back to its former glory days of Melee. Competitively, that was smash's prime, where you could spend countless hours practicing ATs and won with flashy combos!! ^-^

I, however, find the competitive scene the driving factor always bringing me to play Smash. I just love the competitive play style and for me, it's the most fun way to play the game.

I think it'd be impossible to make rules to make sure nobody is unfair.  That's why they go with the "premade moveset" route in so many games.

There's always going to be a preeminent combo and that's going to be the combo of moves everyone ends up using.

It also is vey hard to pull off considering all the difference stances characters have.  You'd need procedural animation.
