What's with this holiday season eh? great games are flopping left and right...

Part of the risk of releasing a game during the holidays is that you have competition wiht a lot of other products. That's a risk developers knowingly take. Remember the majority of games don't' sell more than 250k in their lifetime.

Now for a lot of these games I think we should hold off til after Black Friday week to see how they hold up just to make sure but if they still sell abysmal after that then they are a flop.

It's a slow burner but keeps a good amount of sales per week. (this week on Others was better than the last 2 weeks), except from Japan but that country is more focused on handhelds

Yes but it's difficult to convence people to buy a new IP about coloring. Seems like the good mouth to mouth publicity is helping to keep steady sales. (just like Boom Blox)

Yea it did pretty bad.  Wii Fit, MK Wii, and Wii Play just sucking all the sales out of other games.

It's difficult to convince people to buy certain games, specially with a multifaceted user base.
