So a few months ago both the L and R buttons stopped working on my Limited Edition Gold Triforce DSLite. I went to the support section of Nintendo.com and submit all the information I need to get a mailing label that I can print. Well, I was lazy and enjoying my games so I ended up having to call to get a new one, which was no hassle at all.
Anyways, I sent it in last Thursday, it got there friday (I live like 20 minutes away from the main US repair center for Nintendo products) I get an e-mail on Tuesday saying they are shipping it back, and I get it on Wednesday. It was in their hands for all of 2 full business days.
Well, I think they just test to see if it is broken, cause they sent me a BRAND NEW Limited Edition Gold Triforce DSLite. It definitely isn't a refurb as there isn't a single scratch or even a piece of dust on the thing. What is extremely awesome about that, is I scratched mine under the ABYX buttons, and I had worn off the corners of the hinges. Also, there was a ton of pocket lint stuck on the case that was pretty dang hard to get off. So yay for nintendo service!
EDIT: now back to Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, which I couldn't play without the R button.
