Hey guys

A quick question regarding the Top Million Sellers of All Time.

I noticed Wii Sports has now taken over the number 2 spot, and will most likely get to the number 1 spot unless Nintendo decides to change their Pack-In. So the real question is, what title on this list has...

a) Never been a Pack-In

&

b) Never had multi-versions (ie: Pokemon Blue, Red)

So which game is best in sales by a pure "Stand Alone" Sale?

Just curious, any help is always appreciated

Okay... Here's the top.

SMB - best selling Pack in for most of its life.

Wii Sports - 2nd best Pack in

Pokemon: Best with multiple versions, best non officially bundled.

Tetris: Most of its sales from bundled.

Duck Hunt: Bundled

Gold/Silver: Hardly bundled at all.

Super Mario World - Pack in (?)

Nintendogs: best best selling non-bundled, non multiple versions.

GTA:SA 2nd best selling non-bundled, non multiple versions.

Nintendogs is multiple versions though. There are different versions for different breeds of dogs in the same way Pokemon Red/blue are multiple versions.

All dogs are available in all "versions" of Nintendogs.

Due to the spirit of the original question, let's assume that Nintendogs does have Multi-Versions

Also, Super Mario World was a pack in for some time as well...

So would I be right in saying that the best stand alone sales actually goes all the way down to GTA: San Andreas?

Was Super Mario Land packed in?

So I think the top 3 non-bundled, non-multi version are

Super Mario Land
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

If one considered GTA: SA teh best stand alone

The next real threat to the crown would be
Wii Play (But some would consider that a bundle)

So the nest one down is New Super Mario Bros, but has that been a pack in?
