Are there any stats/information/estimates about "World of Goo" sales ?

I think only Nintendo knows how many people downloaded it

if these numbers come in why is it that every wiiware game still says 0.00 Million

DKII made a comment about that a while back. I believe the reasoning is they want to be more sure of their estimates before submitting anything to the game database.

I read most of the news here (since I registred which was a short while ago) and the site search didnt bring these news up.

Yet those are very narrow stats (Since the game wasn't release wourldwide on WiiWare), Any PC info ?

sorry about that comment. At the time of writing, I didn't realize you were relatively new here, and I see this type of question quite often from members who should know better.

The site search won't bring up news articles, but if you go to http://news.vgchartz.com/search.php you can search the news entries. Rather than typing in the link, you can just click news on the top bar, and then click "Search all news entries" at the bottom of the VGChartz originals box on the right of the screen.

Anyways, if you scroll down in that article, you will see that each region has its own graph, and if you look at those you will see that World of Goo has only been tracked in America.

As for PC sales, VGChartz currently does not track PC sales, and as far as I'm aware has no plans to do so.
