Aside from the Megaman games, Mario World and Mario 3, I have all of your picks! I also have a couple TG-16 and Genesis, and N64 games for menu variety.
Out of all the ones I have, I like Secret of Mana the most. It is the only game I didn't own back in the day.
get either ocarina of time, sin and pushiment, or super mario 64...can't go wrong with either of these choices

get Ocarina of Time, but use the gamecube controller for it
"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. I agree with this man, and this man is Zap Brannigan... you can't disagree with someone who has a name like that.
OoT was aging nicely until the last coupld of years, but now it does feel a bit old even with an N64 controller, but with a GC/Classic it's worse (still an amazing game mind you, but not as good as it was)
Super Mario 64 has aged brilliantly I think, it must have done because the first time I played it was on the VC just over 1 year ago, and it was great... Most Mario games are timeless like that, that's why Mario is so popular, Even the NES Mario's still play well.
F-Zero X is an amazing game, and hasn't really aged much at all, my only gripe is that if you plan on playing the Death Race you really need a classic controller rather than GameCube.... because you need to double-tap the shoulder buttons to attack it is quite annoying with the GameCube analogue ones.
F-zero (SNES) is nice, but not worth 800 points when F-Zero X is only 1000.
