Okay, so I know there was one of these already, but I wasn’t completely happy with it, as it didn’t include console exclusives. So I thought I’d write up one of my own.

In addition to this, I’ve separated the games list into three piles: definite 09 releases, probable 09 releases, and maybe 09 releases.

I’ve also attempted to rate each game (key below), which is a bit subjective, I know. If anyone has any suggestions, I’ll happily update it; after all, although I tried to be objective, my biases may still have got in the way.

Any other additions - games I may have missed - and reshuffling - games in the wrong pile - are also welcome.


Key:

AAA = Console defining games. Tend to get 90+ scores.
A = Excellent games. Tend to score in the high 80s.
B = Decent games. Tend to get scores in the low to mid 80s.
C = Average games. Tend to get scores in the 70s.
D = Meh games. Tend to score below 70.
??? = Not enough is known about the game.

I know almost nothing about the Wii. Someone else will have to do that.

I like the idea. Your scores seem very possible based on the standard for reviewing gamess.

This leaves me with only one question. What are the chances that SCC has went ps360?

I keep seeing God of War 3 and GT5 as 100% going to be in 2009.

Last I checked, the only hint at God of War 3's release date is 'coming soon' from the E3 trailer and the PSP game's manual. How is this 100% guaranteed for 2009? Did I miss an official statement anywhere?

As for GT5, last I checked, there was an interview somewhere with the head developer and he said it wont be released until after 2009, possibly 2010. How is this 100% guaranteed for 2009? Again, please correct me if there is an official statement saying it will be 2009.

Also, I wouldnt say Forza 3 is a 2009 release, heck it hasnt officially been announced yet.

@eagleseye-I think i read somewhere that they said GOWIII would be out in spring of 2009 I'll look for it a little later and tell you guys what I find.
