No time has been officially announced yet. It'll likely be either 12AM EST or PST.

EST because that's when their largest market - America - begins hitting Nov. 19.

PST because that's the timezone Microsoft HQ exists within.

Hmmm,I was wanting to know because i MIGHT stay up late to update my 360,i dont work the next day so i could even it it was PST.
