E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

Ermmh... MK Wii is also a remake of other Mario Kart games only with bikes and miis and it is online even you can just play it without online. So how MK Wii have higher score than this one?

 

because MK Wii has at least has imroved graphics and presentation, the two departments this game got bad score for, AC on the other hand looks just like the GC version with online features.

so what if graphics is not big deal to me? is it too much to ask for wii game to look like a wii game? and AC was suppost to be N64 game and the GC version was just upgraded N64 game with N64 graphics, and this game still has those graphics and wii can do much better than that

When was CoD 3 reviewed for the Wii? You can't possibly think about comparing a first-gen Wii game with Animal Crossing?

Seriously, that's the problem with AC: CF. Can it be considered a Wii game when it stacks over all the top 1st party games that came out this awesome year?

I may be wrong about this but I don't think the original Animal Crossing got rave reviews. It was Nintendos first foray into the Seinfeld game model, a game about nothing. My son has 3 or 4 friends that play the DS game and they seem to be enamored with it. It will sell really well I am sure and the reviews won't matter much.

 

The original AC got a 9.1 from IGN, and the DS version got an 8.8, this one get's a 7.5

Anybody that thinks that this level of staleness is normal is diluding themselves. There is re-using a concept, and then there is re-using a game.

So now you lost me, you didnt even answer my question, what COD 3 deserve to be a score of 7.7 while AC: CF deserve a 7.5. Like I said, COD 3 is a PS2 port through and through, just even place 2 HDTV, play the PS2 version and play the Wii version side by side and see the difference. Theyre exactly the same. SO what AC: CF deserve this why this game have lower score than COD 3.
