Ok, I'd like a few personal opinions from some of you if you don't mind. I've made it my personal long-term goal in AC to catalog every single item in the game, and I thought it'd sort of be neat if I made a thread and documented my progress. Would I look like some kind of egotist if I did that? I think it'd be fun, but I'd like some opinions.

I don't see a problem with that, though it may make sense to have it be a sort of overarching thread, one where others could also list their catalog contents so far.

Sad I know but I just quickly turned it on at 23:58 to see what happened and as in the DS version there is a firework display for new year and on the Wii the Mayor has a Happy New Year sign.
