Harmonix made Guitar Hero 2, then got pwned by Activision, so they went to MTV.
And thus Rock Band was created.
So Rock Band was the game that came after Gutiar Hero 2.

Well, this is awkward because the creators of the game jumped ship between games.
Like if there was another Zelda game but Miyamoto didn't make it, you'd be like, well it's the same, but only because someone else didn't change it.
Same thing. Rock band was next, but Activision wasn't having it, and MTV was, and since they couldn't keep the Guitar Hero name, they had to change it.

RB2 and GHWT both have more instruments..while RB already had it..
