well, i would think it would come to europe , if the gc version came. they don't really have to translate much if it was already translated to the needed languages in the original version.

Nintendo should be making new iterations of these games instead of quick ports. I don't really understand Nintendo this gen.

I agree. Why use very little time to remake old great titles, and still have time to make the new games, when you could just have made the new games only? Stupid Nintendo.

He thinks porting old games magically takes resources away from teams working on the original games. And he thinks if new games aren't annouced, they magically aren't being made. Plus he thinks that remaking all of a game's graphical assets for another system, even a less powerful one, magically takes minimal effort.

I'm throwing "magically" around here, because his sistements imply things that are so counter to reality, it would take magic for it to be true.

As for this, Nintendo could have just one or two teams focused on these ports one at a time. Even adding content wouldn't take a lot, given that's it's basically like making DLC.

So this is not being done instead of the new games, or getting in the way of those. Nintendo is just announcing them now because they take less time.

I know that! I was just trying to make him realize how stupid what he said sounded. Instead I must have made myself sound stupid -.-

You just looked sarcastic to me. I was just adding to that.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
