Next Chrono Game... Yes... but after playing the Mana Games on PS2 and DS I would have to say no... or fix it. Next Front Mission in America. That would be good.



Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games.  If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.

I agree with the OP completely. SE really sucks now. I have little faith for FFXIII now after playing FFXII. This game sucked so much. I can't believe it got the reviews it got.



How many cups of darkness have I drank over the years? Even I don't know...

Sakaguchi saved Square in the 80s with Final Fantasy and wounded 'em in the 2000s with Spirits Within. Simple. Square still churns out solid stuff. I liked FFXII and Crisis Core as well as the Kingdom Hearts series. They're just not up to the SNES/PS1 era b/c the Guch practically destroyed the company and now they're rebuilding.

Shadow of the Colossus, Metal Gear Solid 3, Shenmue, Skies of Arcadia, Chrono Trigger

My 2 nex-gen systems: PS3 and Wii

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.

lol, Squaresoft started making the chocobo games during the ps days, when they were still Squaresoft. And they aren´t bad, that new one on Wii is a good roguelike similar to the first Chocobo Dungeon on PS.

How about Ogre Battle... I seem to remember them having that title under their banner now. (Just hope they don't ruin it.)

In theory Square owns ogre battle. It was a Quest game, Square bought Quest and then had them make some games for them (most notably Final Fantasy Tactics). Yes, Ogre Battle, the best strategy RPG from the SNES and FFT the best from the PS1 are related.

FM4 really did lose the flavor of FM3.  I blame it on the mechs moving too damn slow and them overcomplicating the battle system
