Well 1200 MS points is pretty steep for a N64 game. 1200 MS points is about the same as 1500 Wii points, right? N64 VC games are ~1200 Wii points, I think.

Comparing to other stuff on XBL, 1200 MS points is what Xbox Classic games go for. That just makes this pre-order deal for BK: N&B even better since you get the BK N64 XBLA game for free with it.

I'm thinking about pre-ordering the JP version of BK:N&B(releases in Dec.) because it also comes with the free code as well.

@Smbu: No, they are 1000 Wii points, with the exception of Sin & Punishment, which is the 1200 points you mentioned.
1200 M$ points is a little under 1500 Wii points, so the price is more than 1,4 times the price of standard N64 game in VC.
