The reviewer said the story was great but he also said it wasn't perfect. I can't blame him because as awesome as MGS4's story is, it is not perfect as the story is sometimes is very confusing and messy at times and at verious points, the cutscenes could have been shortened a little since the characters tend to repeat plot points that the gamer already knows about which artifically lenghten the cutscenes.
MGS4. Why are you excluding it? If it gets the most votes then it obviously has the best storyline.
Megaman 9. The ending was very deep.
