December is not supposed to be for releases, especially in America. You want your product on the shelf by the time Black Friday weekend hits.
Also scottie, I may want to take that bet. I know Animal Crossing is a monster and is tough to beat, but I think there's an off-shot Gears of War 2 can beat it. We need to make an end-date though, because neither game will stop selling for over a year from now, maybe more, and I don't want it lingering that long.

It's a gamecube port, you could easily find the GC game for around 10 bucks or less. What Capcom is doing is ripping off their customers.
