Anyways MotorStorm is now apart of the greatest hits which probably cut into sales as people probably think there isnt much difference between the two games and picked up the cheaper one.

As for bundles isnt MSPR bundled in the EU? if so it has a strong chance of sales.

For retail this is a major issue. No retailer now a days seems to actually use sales people to sell a game/product so there is no customer interaction between customer and retailer employee minus say "can you get this game out of the case?"

These sales are not shocking, they should have held the game until the 3rd or 4th week of November, or later even. I wont buy the game because there is just too much good gaming to be done elsewhere.

Resistance wasn't bundled anywhere near as much as Motorstorm was.

I think this is the first example of a slighly large name property getting lost in the numerous releases this holiday season. It's always bound to happen it's just usually we'd expect it to happen to a multiplat game rather than an exclusive. Now of course this is only week 1 in America and still no Others sales so don't count it out yet, but this is a risk you take when releasing in the holidays. The risk being all the releases your release may not be noticed.

Honestly, I am shocked. I thought this was the kind of title that would get semi-ignored online, but make huge sales through the average PS3 owner.

If it doesn't increase next week/explode in Europe, it will be the biggest flop this year.
