What matters is.... WHY WOULD ANYBODY actually take its reviews serious enough to incorporate into their own website.

No no no, the real question is "Who the fuck cares about one or two low reviews when the game is obviously quality?"

Hell, I already know the answer. The four or five "X reviewer is biased against the PS3" threads over the last two days were pretty enlightening.

Maybe it's time that anybody with any sense starts ignoring the ridiculous marks given out by some critics and use demos, gameplay videos or rentals to get an idea of how good games are before purchasing them. The critics have proven themselves unreliable before and it's not just limited to publications like Variety.

I mean without Variety, I think LBP would be at 96 average and Resistance 2 would be at a 90 average. Whats their gripe with the PS3?
