Bad news is: that's how life goes, it's shit and then you die. Well... unless you're rich enough! Money IS happines when you have enough to do whatever the hell you want with your life, but seeing that's not your case...
Good news is that your body will probably get used to it and you won't be so tired/in pain all the time. For most of us, 80% of our time is working/resting and 20% is whatever. Free time becomes more valuable whe you start to work, that's for sure.
