This is Disney just trying to get people to buy its movies ANOTHER (second, third, fourth) time.

Some will, some won't.

Just part of its continual strategy.

I believe its DVD (SD) rollout was very similar.

But unless you have a home theater set-up, the differences are often minimal.

Disney items sell huge....end of. They are really helping blu-ray flourish a lot, there is a reason Disney are worth billions with that being they items sell even at ridiculous prices.
