That's a great deal for people living in the states. And regarding bluray although I live in Australia and we are usually late in adoption compared to America I have noticed lately a lot of tv commercials for movie releases where they are finally advertising bluray along with dvd. Especially Disney but I suspect most movie studios will adopt this strategy soon or have done so already.

I would suggest getting there early. The sale starts at 8 and already a lot of people are aware of the sales. A lot of people are camping 3+ hours early for the Laptop, not sure about the PS3.
