I sure hope so. The ps3 is lacking in the shmup dept.

And Im not talking about Dimensions for the XBLA. The "warping" viewing angle doesnt sit right with me.

Irem are currently working on Bumpy Trot 2 for the PS3 at the moment.

I'm not sure what other projects they're working on, but an updated R-type is a possibility.

A new R-Type would make my day. R-Type Dimensions is good enough for now though. You can change the ''warping'' viewing angle by the way. >_>
