Not as good as Fallout 1 or 2. Bethesda really needs to hire some good writers for their games.

Before people get too excited, these are shipped numbers. Of course it says a lot about retailer expectations for the game, but they can be wrong and over ship. Also the holiday season is around the corner, so retailers might be less conservative in their estimations, expecting to get rid of excess stock because of holiday demand. But of course it is always a positive sign when first shipment numbers are high.
