The U.S., the U.S.A., the United States, the Yukon, and Latin America. BOOM!

All the latin American states are the ones people are likely to miss since some people forget that Central America is part of north america.

Them and Greenland.

Everyone misses Greenland.

Except people who play RISK anyway.

Depends on the source, some places don't count latin america some do, same for greenland.  Also in different countries North America is defined differently.  The 3 main countries are always there though Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Based on some sources the world is flat too.

However under actual guidelines of the experts.  North America does infact include latin america, cuba, Greenland and a number of islands.  I'm sure she got the "main 3" right.

Considering that she thought Africa was one country lol i doubt she knew the main three, considering the main three are the only one in NAFTA and she didn't know who was in NAFTA.  I bet she also thinks the world is flat as well.

To all the Obama Supporters: YOU WON!!!!! I supported McCain/Palin but I am now willing to completely support Barack as our president and hope he can achieve success in the job. That's the problem with the LEFT, they can't leave well enough alone. Leave the woman alone, she is not our VP and with the numerous republicans blaming her she will never have another shot at it. Focus on Obama/Biden and what he's going to do as president. JINDAL in 2012!!!

Oh and I know this has been stated before on this site, but stop posting stuff from HuffingtonPost.com, they are as far LEFT as Rush Limbaugh/Michael Savage are RIGHT.

Hey the countries of North America is tricker then you might think.

I mean, try naming them all right now without looking it up.

Then look it up and be surprised that there are more then 5.

(Most people not likely realizing there are more then 4.)

I couldn't name them all but I know there are more than 5 (about 15-16 I think)

Canada
USA
Mexico (thats the easy three)
Cuba
Bahamas
Bermuda
Jamaica (ok I had to look up how to spell this)
Dominican Republic
Guatemala
Nikaragua
Panama

that's all I can remember.

On looking them up, I spelt Nicaragua incorrectly, mistook Bermuda for it's own territory (it's part of the UK) and missed these:

Belize (I thought this was in Asia around Indonesia kind of area)
El Salvador (not very familiar with this name at all)
Honduras
Costa Rica (those two were just forgotten, but if told them I could easily find them on a map)
Haiti (other side of Dom Rep. and another forgotten one)

(Oh and I purposefully missed Greenland, yes it is part of N.A. but so is Bermuda, yet neither the U.K (owns Bermuda) nor Denmark (owns Greenland... I think they still do anyway) are countries in N.A.

----

On looking those up though, I searched South America too, but according to my map at least, the band of Islands between Puerto Rico and Venezuela don't seem to be part of North nor South America.... yet some of them are countries of their own, do some islands not belong to continents?

Huh, never knew Greenland wasn't it's own country. Go figure.

Flat and 5000 years old.

um, this is sour grapes... was she pissed in private at the way the media was treating her? Yea... Would you be pissed yea. I really doubt it was as bad as The "Mccain people" are saying. The are just trying to make her the scapegoat... The most likely feel that Mccain should have picked romney, and are now demonizing SP.

If Obama would have somehow lost, I can bet u we would have heard stories about people in the campaign hating biden for making them lose with his gaffs... and how he should have picked hilary.

The funny thing I saw many people predicting some would try to make Palin the scapegoat for the McCain loss, it turned out to be true.
