they really need to legalize that. Tax it like cigaretes and have DUI charges available for people driving while high.
Were it not for his last name, Jeb Bush would be an ideal GOP candidate in 2012. He is fairly moderate, popular with minorities-at least, he is popular with Cuban-Americans-, and he is enough of a conservative to satisfy the base. Unfortunately for Jeb, his older brother quashed whatever presidential aspirations he had.
