Those converted scores are on metacritic's site and they are talking about user scores which have nothing to do with the overall score

whoop de doo, this "AAA" status from reviews gets too much attention

Look at it this way, Uncharted has a 89.7 on Gamerankings, technically falling outside the "AAA" status. Now if the game had gotten that extra .3 from the reviewers, does anything change? Does the game become better? No it doesn't

hence why I say, whoop de doo, people care too much about this stuff

Let's say Uncharted got an 89.0, does the game change and become worse? All it does is lose that over-coveted "AAA" designation

So should I compare Little Big Planet and MGS4?  They're both completely different games appealing to different people that are judged on different aspects.  So only one of those can be AAA?
