Look at it this way, Uncharted has a 89.7 on Gamerankings, technically falling outside the "AAA" status. Now if the game had gotten that extra .3 from the reviewers, does anything change? Does the game become better? No it doesn't

Round 89.7% up to nearest percentage and it equals 90% = AAA title.
