Everyone said LBP will be huge and will sell systems... It`s a 3 hour long game that looks like Mario only a little more inventive. How can you pay 400$ to play this game when there is little to no replay value and it`s short?

It`s in the gaming category because it`s an insult to gaming (my opinion and only my opinion) and seeing how Banjo 3 ,a great and long game is supposed to not even compete with this rag doll is a true insult to gaming (shal i repeat the "my opinion" thing?).

Little to no "replay value"?

I guess you did not see the part where you need to Ace each level (do not die) to get all the costumes/stickers. Also collect keys to unlock mini game, 100% of prizes in each level. Online portion containing hundreds of levels already, ability to create more levels.

If that is not replay value, then sorry, that would mean Banjo has less "replay value".

People vary.. just because you don't like a game doesn't mean that others won't.. what you see as no replay value may be seen as a chance to create a plethora of inventive 2d platformer levels to someone else

To me, and I've not played it or to be honest read much about it, it looks like a bog standard puzzle platformer.
It's main boast seems to be downloadable user created content and the ability to completely create your own level (providing you have some kind of artistic ability and about 50 hours to spare!)
I'd prefer to buy a game that the developers have finished and doesn't require me to spend hours designing my own levels just so I feel I've got my money's worth.
Little Big Planet looks nice though.
