Well, the next time Syria invades Lebanon I dont want you to think that your opinion matters.

fine now shut it cause I don't care what you think.
I suppose Obama will win, and as a McCain supporter, I'll be wallowing in pain for a few weeks.
EDIT: Because my guy lost I mean, if that looks like I'm slamming Obama ('cause I'm not).

To lavish praise upon this title, the assumption of a common plateau between player and game must be made. I won't open my unworthy mouth.

another liberal lie. If you think being a president so damn easy. Why don't you run? Maybe you learn something through that bonehead of yours. ALso you can do some studing on Jimmy Carter. Find out why experience matters.

I am under the age of thirty five, so I am constitutionally prohibited from being elected president. Anyways, experience is not an important attribute. Some of our more capable presidents had "little experience." Grover Cleveland had only two years experience as a governor and he was a more than capable president. Lincoln's experience consisted of one term in the House before he was elected president, and he is considered-I should note, I do not consider him this-one of the greatest president in our nation's history. I think it is you, my misinformed friend, who needs to be educated

if you were smart you would know that a governor can be much more experienced than a Senator. Obama doesn't have any capable to handle today's issues. JImmy Carter is a pure fact why you shouldn't vote for an inexperienced person.

Please go on. I was going to vote for Obama, but after this very insightful post I may just vote for McCain. I would also like to congratulate cdude on his $250,000+ salary. Very nice! |
You know, I was strongly considering reporting Patriot, but after reading his well thought out, insightful posts, I think I'll let him live for a little while longer
Experience as what? President? McCain lacks that too, and that's the only experience that matters. We don't need war vet experience, we have hundreds of thousands of Americans who have that, as well as some very capable generals actually leading our war.
Patriot obviously is the smartest guy here. The fact that he calls us names like "idiot" and "fool" only reinforce his already rock-solid arguments as to why McCain is the better choice. If only every one of his supporters were as verbose and elegant...oh wait...

I'm Canadian, however, I really hope Obama wins.

1.You'll only report me because I'm mccain dude. You wouldn't care if it's a Obama dude.
2. Don;;t play dumb games with me. National defense experience always matters for a president.
3. You liberals have the name hate on you. Calling everyone a redneck, stupid, racist, etc for voting mccain. Don't tell me I can't critize you when you critize me.

I find it ironic that Carter was a governor and that McCain was not. Anyways, even though I disagree with that sentiment, how do you explain Lincoln's success considering his lack of experience? He was neither a senator nor a governor, and many consider him to be an exceptional president. McCain's experience would not make him a better president. In fact, I am glad he has as much experience as he does. We now know that he would be an unmitigated disaster.

I guess I'm only feeding the trolls, but here I go:
1) No, I'd report you for adding nothing to the thread while calling everyone who disagrees with you names. You call us idiots, fools, and you throw out the label "liberal". Not that being one is bad, but you certainly don't mean it in a good way.
2) Where's McCain's national defense experience? Has he ever led in a war? Has he ever had high level security talks? Strategized about a war? He's good at following directions, that's for sure, but I still haven't seen any leadership experience from him in this particular area. And, btw, no, it doesn't always matter. For Clinton it would have been pretty moot.
3) I'm actually pretty moderate. I just hate Palin, that's all. No one here called anyone a redneck, stupid, or racist. You can criticize me all you want, I'd just rather it be on a factual basis.
