Forums - Sony - MotorStorm Pacific Rift is hard

I bet the first few Earth and Fire races easily but omfg why is the water track so annoyingly difficult on some of the turns. Any suggestions. I have used the buggy for most of the races, should I consider a different vehicle?

ok here is my trick,,,let go of the gas pedal in turns,,,then steer,,,after that when your buggy has turned , press the gas with boost. This works every where.

Yeah just stick with what spartan said. It works with every vehical besides the monster truck. Basically the rule is if the vehical is pointing in a direction and you hit boost, the vehicals will launch in that direction.

Another very important thing in Motorstorm is to make sure you are using the best route for your vehical. There are some races were you can race a perfect race and still loose. I get stubern and keep trying, but to move forward sometimes you have got to explore differant paths.

Other than that all I can say is it is all about practice and learning the track. It is not a breeze becuase some of the tracks in this game are just flat out massive.

Good Luck!

Stick with the buggy.

Do as Spartan says.
