Go with Wii. You got a PS3 so unless you absolutely have to have Halo or Fable... the Wii would be the better choice. I would point out the 360 has a nice RPG line up but for some reason I think the Wii will get games going in that department as well.

@Relias Because there already are quite a few Wii rpgs announced and will be releasing next year. I think that is a good reason.

Wii:

- awesome gameplay

- a lot of cool accessories

- Nintendo top quality games

Xbox360:

- HD graphics (if you don't necessarily want 100% graphics, you can find Wii exclusives with great graphics as well, like Monster Hunter Tri 3 and a lot of 2009 games - it supports has the low-end HD, composite cables for better resolution, even if they are not 1080)

- higher capacity storage (you can use a cheap, 2GB SD card on Wii for saving games, SSBB replays and photos, songs, videos and media)

- better media playback and DVD support (except if you use the unlicensed HomeBrew Channel on Wii which allows you to download media players on Wii and view media through a USB or 32GB SD card, also allows for some DVD movies to play on Wii, region free and so on)



so the answer is Wii, cause it has the Nintendo games and the motion controls, it can have great graphics (even if they are not HD), storage is not a problem and HomeBrew channel is really nice for media and so on)

so, if you don't care a lot about lower graphics and less media, get the Wii!!

For about $400 you can have a gaming PC built that can play just about every worthwhile game on the 360 and exclusive games as well. Don't forget that you will have access to better graphics, mods, superior multimedia functions, upgradeable hardware and a keyboard and mouse. Also, you don't have to pay for online play using a PC and the games launch about $10 cheaper. The Wii on the other hand has exclusive content and does not directly compete with a vastly superior gaming platform. Buy a Wii, forget the 360 even exists until exclusive content starts to appear.

Tabsina, you just made a really interesting list of exclusives. For your 360 list, you leave out incredibly obvious games such as Tales of Vesperia (yet you include the vastly worse Blue Dragon) whereas in your Wii exclusives list, you include a bajillion remakes along with games that aren't even exclusive (Twilight Princess, for example). And Halo 1 and 2 are 360 games? If so, why not name the hundreds of Xbox games playable on the 360? Don't forget all the Gamecube games that can be played on the Wii.

Snake, I'd suggest you go with a Wii. It's a great console with some great games, and a lot of the 360 games you'll enjoy could also be played on the PS3.

Really simple answer as you own a PS3.....go for Wii
