 Lair certainly will, but Madden is multi and it has now been confirmed from EA that the PS3 version will not be running at 60fps as the 360 version will so I don't think that will be a "system seller".  It may sell fairly well to the existing owner base but I don't see that driving much, if anything.  Lair, on the other hand, will likely sell quite a few boxes.
