I will get it first day...when it eventually arrives in the UK

The only other game I am as excited for is Gears 2. I am literally going to flip a coin to decide which game I purchase first.

I'll likely get it...eventually. Too many games coming out this time of the year and have to pace myself.

The beta was awesome, the game will be even better.

yeah I was in the beta, originally said i'd get it but this is turning out to be the case for me as well. I'll get what I really want to play at launch(LBP, Valkyria Chronicles, Left4Dead) and everything else in early 09. Getting a pc that can play new games has definately changed my game priority.

The beta wasn't all that, imo, but I loved the SP of the first while hating the MP, so I figure I'll love the SP of this one as well.

Is the collector's edition worth it? I was considering uprgading my pre-order.

It's got much cooler cover art for the game, a Chimeran figurine, a really cool artbook, and a code for a new multiplayer skin.

I'd say it's worth the $20, but that's just me.

Ok, you sold me. As long as the Chimeran figure included isn't as bad as the crappy bobblehead in the Fallout 3 LE I bought. The lunchbox is kind of cool though.

Speaking of, anybody know whats in the Gears 2 LE?
