Well the only worthwile lightgun shooting game I've bought was RE: Umbrella Chronicles because of the unlockables and the length of the game. Sadly, I never seen that kind of gaming experience on this game after some gameplay footage.

I will buy this game definitely because of the fun and casual factor of the game but not as a hardcore title. I hope Im wrong though...

I already have a thread about this, but its not about Ninty's core games itself, but the core games that published by Ninty that developed by third parties and not given a chance like Disaster and Fatal frame 4.

I think Nintendo is overstepping on that one, these developers needs help and yet Nintendo isnt supporting them its like Ubi publishing Tenchu 4 and No More Heroes simply because they like it...

I think Sega is the perfect fit for Wii. They have a great history of peripheral based ,fun arcade machines. I'd love to see Virtua Cop,Brave Firefighters...and Star Wars Trilogy arcade would also be perfect for pointer control.

Hopefully Sega will use Headstrong to make some more Wii lightgun games. They have a solid engine so it would be a shame to not to expoit it further.

It's a real shame that Namco seem intent on pushing the Guncon controller on the PS3. They could clean up on the Wii with their vast experience of the genre. Very foolish.

 I think Namco bandai will make a new Time Crisis title for the Wii, they have nothing to lose

Why does the title have "sega sticks it to Ubisoft"?

Ubisoft is way better than Sega at dev,look at the rating there games get.

I never thought imagine and petz series have high ratings.

Massively ignorant statement. If you add the clause "for the Wii", then yes, Ubisoft has failed badly, but overall, Ubisoft makes more quality games than SEGA, by quite a margin

This is in Nintendo discussion after all, so Im posting in Nintendo's console point of view, if this thread is in gaming discussion then the post is different...

the funny thing is, i still expect Ubisoft to do well on the Wii( especially with Red Steel 2). Its not like they are incapable of making very good games, they just have to see that it would be financially successful too.

omg you were actually serious? since when have they said the conference gmaes wont come to NA? its already been confirmed that 2 of them will.

also you've choosen to ignore core games like SSBB, mario kart and wario land. and btw animal crossing is a core game. being on the wii doesnt make it casual (notice core not hardcore)

disaster is developed by a first part, its a bit fo an odd title since its development has been fucked up badly

i think nintendo should publish fatal frame in the west, all depends on whether techmo wnated to publish it there instead. we will have to see how many conference games nintendo publishes in th west

also HotD looks pretty similar to UC to me, how do you know it wont have a good length time and unlockables?
