u sure buying a used 360 is a smart thing to do seeing how new ones fail half of the time. all im gna say is i know about 6 of my friends who are on their 3rd or 4th 360 in only 2 yrs. i say save up and buy the 60gb 360 with the new processor or if you don't have to buy a 360 go with a ps3.

I like Burnout Paradise myself. It has great online and gets periodic content you can download free of charge.

As far as Uncharted goes, your best bet is the Tomb Raider(Legend or Underworld) series. It's less action heavy and more puzzle and platformer focused, but they overlap in a lot of areas.

Regarding your 360, I would check to make sure the warranty sticker isn't broken. If it's not then I think it's a great deal, otherwise I would be weary if I were you.

The RROD is based off month of manufacture if you haven't got a reciept and with the NXE you can just install all of your games and never have to worry about the drive failing.

Thats pretty much all you need to worry about I say go for it! Besides you might score some free content off the drives.

ms should put a sign inside every 360 saying "its garunteed to break within 3 years, but dont worry we got that covered :)"
