Forums - General - What do you remember from the 1990's

I don't have a list, but the 90's were the happiest time of my life. I'm going to build a time machine and transport everyone BACK to the 1994. So far, I have some aluminum foil, 4 AA batteries, a Wavebird controller, and some string. Stop me if you can, Justice League!!!

Bwah! Haa ha!!

90's stuff I remember:

- Classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
- Transformers G1 rerun with the G2 toys AND beast wars...
- Classic nickolodean (hey arnold, AHHH real monsters, rugrats, catdog, angry beavers)
- Gold Simpsons
- 1 hit wonders (save tonight, breakfast at tiffany's, superman)
- N64 and PS1
- Y2k
- Me being shattered because Brazil lost the world cup in 98
- Tony Hawk on PS1
- Power Rangers and the movie that I thought was totally radical on release
- Arcade's being King (Simpsons and TMNT brawlers ftw!)
- Pokemon
- Sonic being good
- Golden age of sitcoms: Friends, 3rd rock from the sun and seinfeld, aswell as shows I later discovered weren't very funny (i.e dharma and greg)

Good times.

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot to add: Michael Jackon being known as the great singer/performer.

Damn Justice League!! They took my batteries and my foil!! My plan is ruined!!

Now, all I have are memories of:
Beavis and Butthead
Earthworm Jim (the cartoon)
Rap's golden age
WWF "Attitude Era"
The Usual Suspects
Se7en (how does that spell "seven"?)
Terminator 2
Grunge
GOOD Alternative Music
Puberty (it was great!)
South Park

Cheez tv, in australia before cable got here, THIS was the show to wach for cartoons every morning.  So damn awesome.

Strange fact: I can't remember the year that anything happened during the whole decade, unless I relate it to the games I was playing at the time. I remember release dates for games like some kind of "Rain Man".

That didn`t surprise that much, but I remember my whole family was in tears...

Good times indeed.

Quem disse que a boca é tua?

Qual é, Dadinho...?

Dadinho é o caralho! Meu nome agora é Zé Pequeno!

What I remember was a good economy. TV ratings could have never been hire. Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney had the best kids tv series. Wrestling was very popular. WWE was called WWF. The Attitude Era was great. Gaming generation was awesome. Hip Hop and other genres of music was better than it is today. In 1990, 288 million CDs were sold. Most poular artists were selling 1 million copies of their albums in just one week. So many memories. Can't forget about the fashion.
