leave core 2 quad and buy core 2 extreme.Its better and just been relased i month ago.core 2 quad was released more than 6 months ago.

Actually, Core 2 Extreme was released before Core 2 Quad. Branding doesn't matter though; stepping does. Core 2 Extreme uses the same stepping as the equivalent Core 2 Quad, except Core 2 Extreme is much more expensive and has an unlocked multiplier, which improves overclocking.
Core 2 Extreme QX9xxx / Core 2 Quad Q9xxx / Core 2 Quad Q8xxx= 45nm "Yorkfield" (Penryn) released 2007-2008
Core 2 Extreme QX6xxx / Core 2 Quad Q6xxx= 65nm "Kentsfield" (Merom) released 2006-2007
The 45nm ones are faster, cooler and have more OC potential at the same clock speed.
