Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance emulation!

I did wonder about the lack of handheld games on the Wii's Virtual Console, but this would explain it.

Do you think Nintendo plans to do this?

If it happens, I want Super Mario Land, Metroid II and the original Advance Wars games.

I hope so, there is a backload of games from the past I couldn't get my hands on. But after Nintendo announced this brand new service I got really hyped over it.

I'm thinking about getting a DSi also. It's worth owning considering I do not use the GBA slot on the DS Lite.

It certainly wouldn't surprise me, and would be pretty sweet. I've never owned a handheld before, and shall probably pick up a DSi. So it'd be good to play through all the ol RPG's

Ya, and i believed that many one thinks this way too. :D
And it also got a possibility to play NES and SNES games too!(I think that's why they separated DSi point from Nintendo point.)

The original advance wars games were Famicom Wars and Gameboy wars.

There were no other successful handhelds with good enough game libraries. Game Gear is the only one with a chance, but that was mainly Master System and Mega Drive ports.

(I know Only Nintendo's are succesful really but why not put Neo Geo poket with them as well, the Wii's got some obsicure systemes I have never heard of)
