wow, i'd hope this isn't true. if it is sony is shooting themselves in the foot.

I've never heard of anything like that.  I'd be shocked if a good store in America bashed Wii and PS3.

Well, professionalism is dead in Sweden anyway, I guess. It's kind of the reverse of America, here, because I hear a lot of stories how employees at game stores bash different consoles. Here, I rarely hear an employee say anything bad about a console, but the "store itself" does.

Higher price must be something to do with Foreign Currency Exchange Rates so it would not really be a price increase.

Are we talking about areas or everywhere in the UK... I think I understand... (Though I don't ever like talking about price hikes) if it's limited to areas of the Europe (UK) but not throughout the entire region. (It's a currency thing)



Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games.  If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.

ok...i could see raising the price in some places...but europe? dont they already pay way more than other places?

Wait, who is talking about the UK?   BTW, Sweden and UK have different currencies.

Im from sweden and i read this article. The comment wasnt too serious and the raise wasnt too much but just a couple of dollars so nothing to worry about.

This is absurd and untrue. Sony won't raise the price. If they do, SONY will not have a PS4, because their entire games industry would fail. This is laughable at best.
