Both pieces of spyware software can screw up your software, stop hardware from working properly, and can open your PC to hackers. Avoid this game at all costs. There has been multiple reports of this game screwing up peoples PCs. |
dude, almost every PC game released for about 10 years have had X package security. I can't think of a single disc game since Windows 98 that hasn't had some for of security. Before then there was still security in the way of words/images in the instructions.
buddy PC security on games is so darn common that the only people who will even hear you message and think it's important are console first players. Those of us who came from PC already know this.
What is so ironic about it all is that pirates will crack is so fast that the measures taken to secure it just up the costs to everyone who going to buy it. Securom, StarForce these are free. The cost is passed to the consumer.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
