I personally prefer Burnout games over Gran Turismo series
1. Burnout series.
2. Gran Turismo.
3. Other racing games.

Owned haha.  But it'll change very quick unless MK DS and MK Wii put up at least another 7-8 million befor GT5 releases considering the lead of MK over GT is only about 3 million.  But for all fairness GT has had 7 games release in the series while Mario Kart has only had 6.

I thought it was obvious we were talking about 'real' racing games?  That is like saying what is the best soccer game!  Mario strikers *_*...

And the 4 main GT have been released on a console with over 100 million when they stop selling

Well userbase doesn't have so much to do with that but Mario Kart is probably a bigger brand than GT.  I can only imagine what Mario Kart would sell on a userbase of 100 million haha.  Well I guess with Wii we might see that but would have better fit if the game had released a year to reap most of the benefits such as bigger launch with same legs.  Oh well Mario Kart Wii go on to probably be the best selling racer.
