For all of the hate that this game gets, I just thought that I'd pop in here and say that I'm in the "Normal" BMI range again, for the first time since I left college (years ago!).  I went from 195.1 lbs. to 174.8 lbs. today on my weigh in.  That means that I've lost 20.3 lbs. since I started, 52 days ago! I didn't start Wii Fit with the intention of dieting or really changing any of my normal activities and well, besides eating a bit healthier (and less snacking, the Wii Fit will know!) and doing about 30 mins. a day on Wii Fit, I haven't. Anyway, I just wanted to brag a bit about my success and tell the haters to give it a try, it might just make you a bit more fit. :)

I went from about 88.4 kg to about 79.3 kg, so I've lost 9.1 kg. :)

good for you! I'm suprised you lose all that wieght only with the Wii Fit. BTW, your pic made me laugh =p

JoeJ: that's very impressive.  20+ pounds in 52 days is about as fast as you can hope to reasonably lose weight.

It is impossible for me to gain weight....you are lucky that you can change yours.

I bought Wii fit. Plugged it in. Game told me I was already fit. Unlocked all the games and events and never played it again.

I knew what I was getting into, I already Run and go to the gym but I wanted to try the balance and it was ok.

I haven't lost any weight playing Wii Fit (not that I intended too) but I haven't gained any either. =D

I lost 2 kgs in On month... I love My Wii Fit
