Forums - Nintendo - The official NTDOY/Nintendo discussion thread

Nintendo is a good company. I do not think there is much to worry about unless you have a urgent need for cash.

I will start to get worry IF Wii and DS is not selling...then it will be a time to sell. If Nintendo keeps makes money, it will have to eventually give the profit to its shareholders in the form of cash dividends.

Well, I bought 300 more shares increasing my stake 950 total. All I can do is pray for the dollar to improve and a good quarter!

If you should wait for blood to be in the street before buying, now is the time. From what the news said, even the DS darn near sold out. From the thin inventory in the stores, it seems that Nintendo products are still moving. It is hard to believe how sucessful this product cycle is. One more thing is that the dividend is specified as a percent of profits.

The urge to play is a terrible thing to waste.

I don't know what happened in Japan, but we went down tonight. Probably some asshat analyst downgrading, but what can you do. Oh well, cross your fingers for a good report.

I feel the urge to scoop up more shares.  Smash is looming.  Have you seen the Famitsu reviews?  Perfect 10s across the board.

NTDOY dropped by $5 (>7%) today... crap.. i'm contemplating buying more.. but i can't say i'm not worried it'll keep going on its downward trend

Actually, I can read them just fine.  It's just that he/she does in fact, post nothing.

How can you buy Nintendo stock in the UK (or other stock, UK or international for that matter)?
