Does anyone know how many Ninty is pumping out weekly and how many plants they have? I have been wanting to know the exact details for a long time but I could never quite get a direct answer. Thanks.
2.4 million per month is the official tally. Weekly would mean about 600k.
Nintendo themselves do not actually build the Wii's. They outsource that job to Foxconn (who by the way also manufactures the PS3, X360, iPod and many other products).
They operate a few plants but I don't know how many. One of them is so large is houses almost 300,000 employees.
