That's very different to being compatible with D3D10.

As far as I know, the PS3 uses OpenGL 2.0 or some modified set of it.

But anyway, there are no D3D10-only games yet.

No, and No, support is not the right word,  some sort of implementation is a better way to describe the common features between both Apis...

yes but thats but developer use extensions, = importing custom libraries.

As you have been told ,the PS3 uses the superior OpenGL 2.0 ,no need for DirectX10.
